Back in 2010, my health decline hit a new level…
Years of medical decline, Hashimoto’s diagnosis, gallbladder removal, and even a cancer scare had me feeling very defeated. I was in my mid-30s and needed help to get out of bed in the morning. I was so inflamed, and doctors couldn’t find anything that pointed to a diagnosis. I was referred to try an alternative approach using applied kinesiology to discover the root cause of my symptoms. I admit, it was so outside of the box for me that I was very skeptical at first. It changed not only my health but my path in life. I have been a practitioner for over a decade now, and I give God all the praise for the hundreds of lives I have seen change using root-cause approaches!

“I want people to know that there are options, and healing is possible!”
I believe:
Our bodies were created to detox and heal. They get stuck sometimes, and figuring out if it’s a toxin, pathogen, heavy metals, or emotional trauma can be a game-changer.
That the physical, chemical, and emotional aspects of the whole person matter. My approach is to look at the whole person, then aim for the priority concern first, to help the body heal optimally.
Supplements should be used as a tool, not a lifestyle, in most cases. I aim to educate you on how to get your nutrition through food.

We are a team, you and I.
My heart is to serve each person with care, honesty, and compassion to the very best of my ability. Whether you are already pursuing other healing approaches or just beginning your journey, I wholeheartedly desire to support and complement the work you are doing. If I believe a different direction or additional support may be beneficial, I will communicate that openly and help guide you toward the next best step. I also collaborate with a trusted network of holistic, functional, and faith-centered practitioners who can help bring the bigger picture into focus when deeper support is needed.
A few of my favorite things . . .

Over the last decade, I’ve truly embraced my love of travel and adventure.
One of my current goals is to visit all 50 states — and I’m getting close! International travel is next on my list, and I’m excited for the experiences ahead.
I feel most alive in nature, whether I’m exploring mountains, oceans, deserts, lakes, rivers, or canyons.
I love the excitement of flying somewhere completely different in just a few hours, but I equally enjoy the simplicity of a road trip, camping under the stars, hiking a new trail, horseback riding, biking, or searching for seashells along the shore.
Being single with grown children has given me the freedom to enjoy these adventures, but some of my greatest joy comes from making memories and having fun with my grandchildren.
