What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is a gentle, non-invasive biofeedback assessment technique I use to help identify areas of imbalance and uncover potential root causes that may be affecting your health and well-being. Through muscle testing, I can gather information from the body and help determine where additional support may be needed, whether that relates to nutrition, lifestyle, stress, emotions, or other factors. It can be a helpful tool for creating a more personalized approach rather than simply focusing on symptoms.
What is Energy Psychology?
Energy psychology is a mind-body approach that recognizes the connection between our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and physical well-being. In my practice, I incorporate energy psychology through a Christ-centered approach with Splankna Therapy, looking at the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Using muscle testing as a guide, we can explore areas that may be contributing to emotional or physical stress and work toward greater balance and freedom.
Do you run labs?
As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, I can request lab orders on your behalf, or you can obtain your own through your health care provider.
Do you work with medically diagnosed individuals?
I can support your body even with a medical diagnosis, but Nutrition Therapy Practitioners do not diagnose or treat disease or prescribe medication. Certain medications cannot be taken with certain supplements, so a full comprehensive list of medications you are currently taking is vital for me to build your protocol.
Do you work with children?
Yes! In fact, don’t tell the grownups, but kids are my favorite! I see from birth on up!
Is this new age?
If you have wondered whether Splankna is connected to New Age practices, the answer is no. Splankna was developed as a Biblically based, Christ-centered approach to emotional and inner healing. It is designed around the belief that God created us as whole people—body, mind, and spirit—and that these areas are deeply connected.
Splankna does not involve channeling, spirit guides, manifestation, astrology, or other New Age spiritual practices. Instead, it seeks to work within the mind-body connection while keeping God and biblical truth at the center.
